1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the provider of CardRun 3.

2. The CardRun 3 app

CardRun 3 does not collect any personal data itself. The app contains no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not send any data to us or to third parties. We do not run a server of our own.

Storage on your device

The app stores your game progress, best scores, statistics and settings only locally on your device. If you delete the app, they are removed from the device.

Game Center

CardRun 3 uses Apple’s Game Center for leaderboards and duels. If you are signed in to Game Center, the app submits your results (for example wins and turns) to Game Center. In duels, moves are exchanged with your opponent’s device through Apple’s servers. Apple processes your Game Center name and your results; on the leaderboards they are visible to other players. Game Center is an Apple service – the Apple Privacy Policy applies. You can sign out at any time in your device’s settings.

3. This website

Hosting via Cloudflare

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser. This is required to deliver the website securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To protect against attacks, Cloudflare may in individual cases show a security check and set a technically necessary cookie for it. Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details, including retention periods, can be found in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

No cookies, no tracking

This website itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images are loaded directly from this website.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose. Emails to support@cardrun3.com are forwarded to our mailbox by Cloudflare (Email Routing).

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
